T2 Solutions was born from what started as a lighthearted joke and friendly banter among close friends. During a casual conversation, one of the owners jokingly shared that if he were ever given the chance to build a company, he would want to include his employees in important occasions—whether personal gatherings or company events—and establish a policy that provides premium pay for such occasions. What began as a joke eventually became the foundation of the company’s values.
More than just building a business, the focus was to create a workplace rooted in friendship, laughter, and genuine camaraderie. The founders believed that strong relationships and mutual support would naturally lead to better teamwork, meaningful collaboration, and shared growth in both personal and professional lives.
The name T2 was inspired by the group chat of the founders, called “The Tito’s.” From a simple symbol of friendship, T2 grew into a company that values unity, trust, and people—principles that continue to guide T2 Solutions today.
